What does your affiliation programme for tourism portals consist of?
The affiliation programme foresees that PLANETHOTEL.NET allows you to use the online search and booking engine while you offer maximum exposure and advertising to the booking system of PLANETHOTEL.NET.
Every time one of your visitors books a room, a commission will be credited to you.
For how much time does the affiliation contract bind me?
The duration of the affiliation programme is 6 months, after that the duration is unlimited, except for the cessation by one of the contractors. Both you and PLANETHOTEL.NET can terminate the contract by a simple notice sent 90 days before the end of the year. In case of default the contract can be ended at any time with prior notice of at least 30 days.
In the case of the cessation of the affiliation programme, what commissions will be matched?
All commissions for all bookings promoted by you until the last day of activity of the search engine on your site.
How much time is needed to set up the affiliation programme?
A few days, a week at most.
What commission do you pay for bookings that originate on my site?
The commission paid by us is a basic element of our success: on equal terms it is certainly the highest paid on the market.
We wish to keep it confidential and only reveal its amount to those seriously interested to become our partner.
How often do I receive the matured commissions?
Normally every month, around the 20th of the following month of the hotel sojourn. Should your commission not exceed Euro 150 one month, we will pay out the month after.
How does PLANETHOTEL.NET trace the bookings, ascertaining which site they originate from?
The technology we are using assigns an identity code to each site. This code is associated to each booking. In this way we always know who has booked and from where. Should you wish to promote your site on other sites with which you have business relations, we can give these sub-affiliated sites a code that allows us to grant a commission to them and you for each booking.
