It took many years of work to adjust this project: now, in Spring 2006, we were ready to launch it. The One Booking system version 2.6. is the result of several years of development, applications and improvements. We at PLANETHOTEL.NET have been actively working on this project for over two years. Our lawyers needed more than a year to transform our ideas into words and contracts. Expert consultants have assisted us to define a business model during the last few months.
Consequently, we jealously protect our project and our business model and thus do not want to present it in a few web pages or in a brochure, making it available to everybody, including competitors. We will only talk about it eye-to-eye with those showing a particular desire to know and participate in the network.
We are convinced about the "win-win" style: working together for a common result produces success and assets for all. It is also for that reason that we agree with our American partners who, after the first few meetings, wish that a privacy agreement be signed with whoever plans to enter into the detail of the system. With this agreement they will consent not to use the supplied information in order to transmit it to our competitors or to directly compete with us.
